HmmBurger!

First of all, you need Burger Bun, Steak, Lettuce, Slice of Cheese and Chopped Tomato.

First material is Burger Bun. If you wanna get it you need to craft Chopping Board. (For recipe,you can use JEI. Then, craft a knife. Next, place a bread to chopping board. After, cut the bread with a knife. Finally, place some seeds to breads and grab them. Now they are ready.

Second material is Steak.

Third material is Lettuce. You can get them by trading with the farmer villagers or if you have a lettuce, or you can place it on farmland and make a lettuce farm.

Fourth material is Slice of Cheese. First of all, you need to smelt a milk bucket in the furnace or smoker. Next you will get Cheese Bucket and if you right click with it, you will get cheese. Finally put some cheese to chopping board and cut it with knife and grab them.

Final material is Chopped Tomato. You can get them by trading with the farmer villagers or if you have a tomato, or you can place it on grass block and make a tomato farm. After getting some tomatoes, put them to chopping board. Finally cut it with knife and grab them.

After getting all materials, place these items to ground in order. Burger Bun, Steak, Lettuce, Slice of Cheese, Chopped Tomato, Burger Bun. Finally your burger is done. A hamburger fulls the hunger bar.

First of all, you need a normal hamburger.

Next, you need syringe and fill it with water on water cauldron.

Then brew it with specific items in brewing stand.

After you will get an Alien Syringe.

Finally inject the syringe to some random burger and wait... After a few seconds, it will turn to Alien Burger. Alien Burger fulls the hunger bar.

First, you begin to hallicunate. Then, because of hallucinations, you will see some Ghosts. They will die in 1 shot. After a while you will lose control and your eyes will close. When you wake up, you'll find yourself close to where you ate the burger.
