About

Description

Love exploring, but hate having to travel all the way back home to drop off loot? Maybe you'd like to not worry about lighting up every nook and cranny of your house to prevent unwanted creeper holes? Or maybe you'd like a simple dimension just for building? This mod might be for you!

This mod adds a small yellow "Homebox" that teleports you to and from a new dimension called the Homelands; a peaceful, hilly spot with no monsters. It's perfect for building a house in!

Features:

- A mob-free, ore-free, cave-free (except 1.18) dimension. It's meant to be for building, so there's no valuable resources (except for ore veins, can't turn those off)

- Set your spawn inside the Homelands (although you can't skip the night there)

- Go to and from the Overworld, Nether and End (does not work in other dimensions). Homebox even remembers the coordinates you teleported at, so when you swap dimensions you'll be right where you left off. How convenient!

-The first time you enter the Homelands, you'll be gently lowered onto the ground. This is a preventative measure to avoid getting dropped out of the world/suffocating in the ground. After that, as long as you don't fall out of the Homelands and use the box to save yourself, you'll spawn exactly where you left.

-Smith the original box with other items to get new boxes, which send you to new lands! (By design, boxes can't teleport you between lands; you'll have to go back to a vanilla dimension first)

Note: If you're in a homebox dimension and can't access the required homebox to leave, you'll need to destroy your bed and die to leave.
