About

Description

🌪️ Hurricaneimitator brings physical-grade hurricane simulation to Minecraft Forge 26.2 (MC 26.2)!

✨ Key Features:

* Up to 10,000 continuous intensity levels (1..10000), fully scalable

* Real WMO Atlantic naming table (126 names across 6 rotating lists), with Roman numeral generations beyond the table (e.g. Alex II, Bonnie III)

* Extended Saffir-Simpson scale: TD / TS / Cat1-5, and HYPERCANE CATEGORY N beyond Cat5

* Physical wind field: tangential (counter-clockwise) + slight inward pull, pushes players and all nearby entities, with gust oscillation scaling by level

* Forced heavy rainfall, escalating to thunderstorms with lightning and thunder at higher levels

* Terrain-based storm surge flooding: fills air columns from ground upward by level depth, low areas accumulate water — never destroys ocean, never clips through walls, rises/falls gradually with a per-tick budget

* Water spray particles around the player scaling with intensity

* English warning broadcast on every level-up: title + subtitle + chat message + thunder sound effect (closest in-game approximation of TTS voice alert)

⚙️ Commands:

/hurricane start [level] — summon a storm (default level 1, auto-intensifies +1 every ~4s)

/hurricane stop — dissipate the storm, flood recedes gradually

/hurricane level <1..10000>— jump to a specific level (broadcasts that level's warning)

/hurricane intensify [n] — increase intensity (default +1)

/hurricane weaken [n] — decrease intensity (default -1)

/hurricane info — view current state (name / level / category / wind speed / eye position)

📌 Note: All effects apply to the Overworld only. Weather is only altered while a storm is active. Requires Forge 26.2 (MC 26.2).
