Description

🗡️ Progressive Difficulty

“A mighty foe has fallen… but its power seeps into the world, strengthening all who remain.”

🌍 Overview

Progressive Difficulty brings a living, evolving challenge to Minecraft.
Every time a powerful boss is defeated, the world reacts — enemies across all dimensions grow stronger, faster, and deadlier.

This mod adds a global difficulty progression system that scales as players conquer major threats, ensuring that every victory comes at a cost.
As you progress, the world itself becomes your greatest enemy.

⚔️ Core Features

🧠 Adaptive Difficulty System
Defeating bosses permanently increases the world’s difficulty multiplier. Ordinary mobs will hit harder, survive longer, and resist your growing power. You can change the stats in config file

  • Stage 1 (Nightmare)

  • Stage 2 (Hellspawn)

  • Stage 3 (Apocalypse)

🌎 Global Progression
The difficulty level affects all players in the same world — no one can hide from the rising tide of strength.

🕱 Boss Death Events
Each time a boss is slain, a global message is broadcast to all players, warning them of the world’s newfound power:

“A mighty foe has fallen… but its power seeps into the world, strengthening all who remain.”

🧙‍♂️ Perfect For

  • Modpacks that want to create a sense of progression and danger

  • Adventure servers looking for global scaling challenges

  • Survival players who want the world to evolve as they grow stronger

💀 Challenge the World.

Defeat its champions.
But beware — every victory makes your enemies stronger.

🛠️ Admin Commands

Control the world’s difficulty manually with powerful commands (Admin/OP only):

  • /pd1 – Set difficulty to Stage 1 (Nightmare)

  • /pd2 – Set difficulty to Stage 2 (Hellspawn)

  • /pd3 – Set difficulty to Stage 3 (Apocalypse)

  • /pdresetReset the world difficulty to default

(These commands are available only to server operators or singleplayer admins.)
