Immersive Portals - NeoForge 1.21.1 Port

This is an unofficial NeoForge 1.21.1 port of Immersive Portals, originally created by qouteall.

Immersive Portals allows you to see through portals and travel between dimensions seamlessly, without the traditional loading screen.

This project exists only to bring the mod to NeoForge 1.21.1.
