Incendium Biomes Only (Unofficial, 26.2)

Not affiliated with Stardust Labs or the Incendium team. This is an unofficial community companion. Do not ask Stardust Labs / Incendium for support with this mod — they did not make it and will not help with it. For issues with this pack, use this project's comments/issues only.

Why this exists

The original Incendium Biomes Only (IBO) project does the same job, but it is no longer maintained for Minecraft 26.2. This mod is simply an unofficial 26.2 / Fabric continuation of that idea so people can keep Incendium biomes without the structures, custom mobs, and related extras.

I had my AI make this real quick, no promises but seems to do the trick.

It is not an official IBO update and is not endorsed by the original IBO authors or Stardust Labs.

What it does

Keeps Incendium biomes and Nether terrain (including the taller Nether), while stripping the extra Incendium content you may not want:

Custom structures (Sanctum, Nether Reactor, Forbidden Castle, etc.)

Scripted custom mobs / bosses (e.g. Toxic Slimes and related tick logic)

Related loot, recipes, advancements, predicates, and most gameplay functions

Vanilla fortress/bastion placement is restored to a normal-style nether_complexes setup so the Nether isn't left depending on removed Incendium structure sets.

Requirements

  • Minecraft 26.2
  • Fabric Loader
  • Incendium (Legacy 5.5.0 for 26.2, or matching Incendium build)

Install this jar in your mods folder alongside Incendium. Mod id: z_ibo (loads after Incendium on purpose).

Important notes

New chunks only. Structures already generated in a world will still be there.

This is a hard strip, not a config toggle inside Incendium. If Incendium updates and renames datapack paths, this mod may need an update.

Always back up worlds before adding worldgen-related mods.

Credits

Incendium by Stardust Labs — required dependency; all biome/terrain content comes from their mod. Inspired by the original Incendium Biomes Only (IBO) datapack concept.

This project only ships override/stub datapack files so Incendium's structures and scripts don't apply.
