The virus is transmitted by airborne droplets. How to activate the virus: Enable cheats and give yourself an option. Then, approach any mob and press Shift + Left-Mouse. The infection will begin.

Description
By pressing Shift+LMB, you can infect a mob or player. The virus is transmitted through the air. For example, if you infect a player 15 blocks away, everyone will be infected, and the virus will spread. There are four stages of infection.
Initial stage - you become hungry.
Stage 2 - nausea.
Stage 3 - blindness, the item is dropped automatically.
Stage 4 - death from the virus.
You can slow down the virus with slowing potions, and cure it with an enchanted golden apple or healing potions.
