InfiniteTab

InfiniteTab is a client-side Minecraft Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that expands the player list opened with the Tab key.

What the Mod Does

Minecraft normally limits the player list to 80 entries. InfiniteTab removes this limitation and lets you browse larger player lists using multiple rows and columns.

While holding Tab, use the mouse wheel to scroll through all players on the server. A scrollbar shows the current position in the list.

Configuration

The client configuration file supports:

• show_player_icons — show or hide player icons;
• tab_columns — number of player list columns;
• tab_rows — number of visible rows;
• scroll_rows — number of rows moved by each scroll step.

Why It Is Needed

On servers with more than 80 players, the standard Minecraft player list cannot display everyone at once and provides no way to browse the hidden entries. InfiniteTab solves this problem by making the list scrollable and configurable without changing server-side gameplay or requiring a server installation.
