Description
Infinity Nexus — Skill
This mod was created entirely using AI—from design decisions to textures and assets—with the aim of exploring the production capabilities and viability of the Muse Spark 1.3 model.
Master 8 professions. Earn your power by playing — not by farming.
Infinity Nexus adds a massive radial skill tree where every playstyle earns its own progression: fight, mine, farm, fish, dig, chop, brew and explore. Points earned with the pickaxe stay with the pickaxe — no killing zombies to become a master farmer.
The 8 Branches
| Branch | Weapon / Tool | Fantasy |
|---|---|---|
| Combat | Sword | Crits, lifesteal, execution aura, allied vexes |
| Mining | Pickaxe | Faster breaking, double drops, X-Ray scan, 3x3 vein hammer |
| Farming | Hoe | Self-replanting crops, harvest cascades, whole-field sowing |
| Fishing | Rod | Faster bites, sea treasures, catch streaks, boat bonuses |
| Excavation | Shovel | Relics, dungeon loot, auto-smelt touch, vein shaping |
| Lumberjack | Axe | Fell whole trees, allied horde, bark stripping, plank bonus |
| Alchemy | Potions & table | Longer/stronger brews, double batches, loot pinatas |
| Exploration | — | Elemental charges that shield you, dash, teleport — and flight |
Every branch has ~55 nodes: small passives, mid-tier tricks and a game-changing keystone.
How progression works
- Specialized points. Mining iron earns Mining points, usable only in Mining. You progress each branch by actually playing it.
- Natural play only. Spawner, egg and command farms don't count toward progression (bonuses still work everywhere — farm all you want, you just can't shortcut the journey).
- Lifetime feats gate the big nodes. Keystones demand real achievements: slay the Ender Dragon 3x, harvest 10,000 wheat, catch 10 nautilus shells…
- Respec with Refund Orbs. Rare branch-themed drops let you refund nodes one by one — or refund a whole branch at once. Every branch has its own orb.
- Server-authoritative. Points and unlocks are validated server-side. Cheating the GUI gets you nothing.
Exploration: charges & flight
Collect elemental charges (water, earth, air, fire, physical, void) that orbit your body — each one soaks a matching damage type, fuels dashes, teleports and a return-from-death crystal. Max out all six to forge a Rainbow charge: 5 minutes of creative-style flight on double-tap space. Dying costs you everything — fly careful.
Built for modpacks
- Deep config (
skill-local.toml): point tables, per-branch refund chances, cooldowns, durations, radii, caps, crit/culling numbers, charge trickle, crystal timers — all in plain English. - Data-driven tree: the whole skill tree lives in
data/skill/skill_tree.json. - Mod-friendly by default: ores via
c:ores, seeds viac:seeds, tools detected by suffix (modded pickaxes, axes and hoes just work).
Requirements
- Minecraft 26.3
- NeoForge 26.3.0.39-beta or newer
Roadmap
- Mixed bridge branches: Forge, Cooking, Taming, Enchantment
- Item modifiers socketed into nodes
- Player-to-player orb trading
