About the mod

Imagine it’s 1992. Minecraft hasn't even been created yet. But you find a file named "Minecraft.exe" on the web. Out of curiosity, you download the file and launch the game. But as you play, the game keeps getting stranger and stranger...

A few features of the mod (contains spoilers)

  • Some villagers have cryptic binary code displayed on them.

  • There is an entity that secretly watches you from the very beginning of the game—one you eventually come face-to-face with.

  • At one point, all mobs and time itself suddenly freeze, remaining that way for several Minecraft hours.
