Description

Inventory Death Mod

(Fabric 1.21.1-1.21.11)

**Never lose your items again! Inventory Death Mod is the ultimate tool for players and server administrators who want total control over death events. This mod precisely records player inventories and Ender Chest contents upon death, providing a robust history and restoration system.

🌟 Key Features

📅 Advanced Death History

  • Multi-Record Storage: Saves the last 10 deaths per player.
  • Detailed Metadata: Each record tracks the exact Date, Time, Coordinates (X, Y, Z), and the Dimension (Overworld, Nether, End).
  • Dynamic UI: A beautiful "Death History" menu where each record is represented by a Player Head showing the actual skin of the player.

🛡️ Precise Restoration Logic

  • Perfect Slot Matching: Items are restored to their exact original slots (Armor, Hotbar, Offhand, etc.).
  • Persistence: Items remain visible in the death UI even after restoration, allowing for multiple retrievals if needed.
  • Re-Restore Safety: A confirmation prompt prevents accidental repeated restorations: "You have already restored these items, would you like to do it again?"

👑 Flexible Permissions

  • Creative Mode: Instant, one-click restoration.
  • Operators (OP):
    • Access a confirmation UI for their own restorations.
    • Inspection Mode: Use /invdeath <username> to view another player's death history in a strict view-only mode.
    • Survival Players: Blocked from unauthorized interactions with a clear permission message.

🌌 Ender Chest Support

  • View-only access to saved Ender Chest contents from previous deaths.
  • Renamed command /invdeath-ender for quick access.

💻 Commands

  • /invdeath [username]: Open the Death History menu for yourself or another player (requires OP).
  • /invdeath-ender [username]: Open the saved Ender Chest history (requires OP for others).

🛠️ Installation

  1. Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 1.21.1 - 1.21.11.
  2. Download and place the mod jar in your mods folder.
  3. Ensure Fabric API is also installed.
