Description
InvSee
A small, server-side-only Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.11 that adds an
/invsee command. A server owner can open another player's inventory as a live
view, take items out of it, and put items into it.
The screen is rendered with a vanilla chest-style GUI, so players do not need to install this mod — it only needs to be present on the server.
Features
/invsee <player>— open another player's inventory as a live view- View and edit the target's main inventory, hotbar, armor, and offhand
- Changes apply instantly and sync to the target's client
- Server-side only; vanilla clients are fully supported
- No extra permissions system — just operator level 4 (
OWNERS)
Requirements
- Minecraft
1.21.11 - Fabric Loader
>= 0.17.3 - Fabric API
0.141.6+1.21.11(or newer for 1.21.11)
Usage
As a server owner (operator level 4 / OWNERS):
/invsee <player name>
- The next row has their armor (head, chest, legs, feet) and offhand (left hand).
- Click/drag/shift-click items between them to move items in and out.
- Changes are applied to the target's real inventory immediately and synced to their client.
Notes
- The armor row is ordered head, chest, legs, feet, then offhand.
- For singleplayer/LAN testing, put the jar in your client's
mods/folder as well; it will load on the integrated server.
