Iourus Races is a fantasy RPG-inspired Minecraft mod focused on racial identity, progression, and cultural gameplay. Instead of races being simple cosmetic choices, each one changes how you survive, fight, and interact with the world of Iourus.
Includes a large focus on traversing worlds with enhanced world generation, structures, dungeons, and more for players to find unique loot.
Neoforge is a fork of the Minecraft Forge available for versions 1.20.1+ of Minecraft. Many Forge mods are compatible with Neoforge and vice versa.
Fabric is a mod loader for versions 1.14+ of Minecraft, particularly popular for client side and optimization mods.

Forge your own identity in a medieval fantasy world where your race changes the way you play Minecraft.
Iourus Races is a fantasy RPG mod inspired by classic fantasy worlds and roleplaying systems. Instead of races being cosmetic only, every race comes with unique gameplay mechanics, strengths, weaknesses, and future progression paths that affect combat, exploration, crafting, and survival.
Designed for RPG and adventure modpacks, the mod aims to make each playthrough feel different depending on the race you choose.

Choose between multiple fantasy races:
Human Elf Dwarf Orc Goblin
Each race has its own identity, gameplay advantages, and long-term design philosophy.
⚔️ Unique Racial Abilities
Every race includes passive bonuses and gameplay differences.
Current examples include:
Elves can move across leaves and have improved mobility. Orcs gain increased combat power during battle. Dwarves are designed around resistance, forging, and heavy equipment. Humans focus on versatility and balanced gameplay.
The goal is to avoid simple stat upgrades and instead create meaningful playstyle differences.
