Jaiz Continued

Do you remember finding an unfamiliar creature in a familiar biome and stopping because you had no idea what it was going to do?

Jaiz Continued keeps that feeling alive by bringing JaizMod and Jaiz Mobs together in a single Fabric mod for Minecraft Java 26.2.

This is an officially authorized continuation.

Jaiz, the original developer, tested the 26.2 port and explicitly gave permission for it to be released. The continued version is maintained by ChromusMaster, while ownership and credit for the original work remain with Jaiz and the original contributors.

What is included?

• 32 creatures across the Overworld, Nether and End
• Peaceful, hostile, tameable, rideable and interactive creatures
• Mahogany Forest and Fruit Bat Caves
• Structures, plants and natural decorations
• Tea, food and other consumables
• Weapons, equipment and armor trims
• Sulfur ore, mimic pots and pottery-related loot
• A welcome field guide and dedicated advancement tree
• Translations for several languages

Current Version also introduces seven new Overworld tree species:

• Cumaru
• Ebony
• Flamboyant
• Atlas Cedar
• Bismarck Palm
• Cannonball Tree
• Sequoia

Each species includes a complete wood family with building blocks, boats and chest boats. Guarana can also be found, cultivated and prepared into guarana soda, which grants a brief Speed effect.

Continued version and support

The Minecraft 26.2 port, compatibility fixes and future updates are maintained by ChromusMaster.

All problems involving the continued version must be reported through the new issue tracker. The original developer is not responsible for bugs introduced by this port.

When reporting a problem, include the mod and Minecraft versions, installed dependencies, reproduction steps, latest.log and the crash report when available.

Requirements

• Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer
• Java 25
• Fabric API
• TerraBlender for Fabric

Terraform Wood API is bundled with Jaiz Continued and does not need to be installed separately.

For multiplayer, Jaiz Continued, Fabric API and TerraBlender must be installed on both the client and server.

World generation

A new world provides the best exploration experience, but existing worlds remain supported. New biomes, structures, trees, ores and other generated features will generally appear only in previously unexplored chunks.

Always back up an existing world before adding, updating or removing mods that affect world generation.

Credits and rights

All rights and credits for the original code, artwork, textures, sounds, music, creatures, features and ideas remain with Jaiz and the original contributors.

This continuation covers the integration of both projects, the Minecraft 26.2 port, compatibility fixes and ongoing maintenance. It does not transfer ownership of the original work.

JaizMod Continued

JaizMod Continued brings the content of JaizMod and JaizMobs back to Minecraft 26.2.

If you played either of the original mods, most of what you remember should still be here: unusual mobs, new materials, strange places to explore and a collection of smaller features scattered around the world. The goal of this port is to keep that original feeling while making the mods work properly on a current Minecraft version.

This is a continued port made with permission from the original developer. It is not an official update made by the original author.

The two original projects were combined into one mod so their content can be maintained and tested together.

Requirements

You need:

• Minecraft Java 26.2
• Fabric Loader
• Fabric API
• TerraBlender for Fabric

Terraform Wood API is bundled with the mod and does not need to be installed separately.

Make sure every dependency is made specifically for Minecraft 26.2. Versions made for 26.1, 1.21 or another loader will not work.

Installation

1. Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 26.2.
2. Install Fabric API and TerraBlender for Minecraft 26.2.
3. Place JaizMod Continued and the required dependencies inside the mods folder.
4. Start the game using the Fabric profile.

Back up important worlds before adding or updating mods that change world generation.
