About
Description
Jasmine Dragons brings rare, powerful elemental dragons to Minecraft. These are not passive mounts or permanent pets. They hunt, migrate, rest, fight rivals, defend temporary allies, and rule the skies as dangerous creatures with lives of their own.
Red and Blue Dragons Spawn
Red Dragons inhabit the Badlands Biome and naturally journey south. Blue Dragons haunt the Pale Garden Biome and travel north. Both are rare, solitary spawns with enormous territories, so encountering one should feel significant.
Dragons vary naturally in size, and 10% grow into giants twice the normal scale. Larger dragons also have more health, reaching up to 67.5 hearts.
Earn Their Trust
Feeding a dragon Raw Beef or Raw Mutton earns one minute of trust. During that time, it follows you, heals, and defends you from attackers. This is never permanent taming. Once the bond ends, the dragon returns to the wild and may become hostile again.
Active beacons create sanctuaries where dragons become peaceful unless harmed. Any player protected by a beacon may mount one; Firebenders can attempt it anywhere through Fractal Bending integration.
Take to the Sky
Mounted dragons follow the rider's aim and can climb, dive, and unleash fireballs from their mouths. Holding attack fires every 0.45 seconds. Rider fireballs damage enemies without explosive terrain griefing and can only clear nearby grass-like vegetation.
After dismounting, an unnamed dragon rises into the sky and disappears. Name-tagged dragons remain, but they are still wild—naming one does not make it yours.
Living Predators
Wild dragons hunt players, livestock, Wardens, and dragons of the opposite color. In combat, they pursue from the air, seek clear attack angles, lead moving targets, strafe, breathe elemental fire, and break away between attacks. If prey becomes unreachable, they eventually abandon the hunt instead of circling forever.
Red fire burns longer, while Blue Dragons wield their own colder elemental breath. Both use custom dragon sounds, flowing serpentine animation, articulated tails, necks, and whiskers, and terrain-aware flight.
