Just Enough Recipe Book (JERB) Brings the best parts of recipe browser mods to the recipe book.

For why?

Though this may be an unpopular opinion, I am not a recipe book hater. In concept, it's a great interface that I prefer to the bulkiness of recipe browser mods.

But in practice, it's missing a lot of necessary functionality (especially for modded playthroughs) that recipe browsers bring to the table. That's what this mod aims to fix.

Features

When used server-side:

• No More Recipe Unlocks
  • Completely removes recipe book NBT and recipe unlocking.
  • Still handles recipes for players on vanilla clients by treating them as all unlocked.

When used client-side, with JEI, REI, or EMI installed:

• Recipe Browser Integration
  • The recipe book now populates its entries from your choice favorite recipe browser.
  • Mod Support
    • Recipe categories are now populated from item groups (creative tabs), which provides a more organized layout, especially for modded recipes.
    • Works with most mods with recipe browser support.
  • No More Browser
    • Permanently hides the recipe browser interface while keeping other functionality of the mod intact.
    • Generic item information (e.g. items not obtained through standard crafting) can be viewed through the recipe book in your inventory.
