Description

What is JsCraft?
JsCraft is a modding API build around Forge that allows mods to be written in JavaScript. It loads the mods at runtime and dynamically generates all of the files and classes needed for the mods to run, doing many of the boring and repetitive tasks of mod development for you.
Who is JsCraft for?
JsCraft is designed to be friendly for users of all abilities. It allows simplistic mods to be created easily but also provides the ability to create more complex mods if you are comfortable doing so.
Why should I use it?
JsCraft allows mods to be created very quickly and easily, making it ideal for prototyping ideas or for learning programming. As it does much of the tedious background work for you, it allows you to focus completely on your idea and not get bogged down with making model files for every item and block.
How do I install it?
Full install instructions are available here. Make sure that you follow all of the steps correctly, else the mod will crash.
I've encountered an issue, what do I do?
If you have any difficulties installing or using the mod, or crash at any point, feel free to submit the issue here and I'll see what I can do as soon as possible. The list here contains known issues and how to resolve them.
How do I use the mod?
I've put together several tutorials here and am still adding to them - hopefully you'll find them useful. There is also documentation of many of the features and several example mods. If you have any other questions about how to use the mod, PM me here or on the Minecraft Forums.
