Kawaii Foods - Returns

Kawaii Foods is a new food mod that adds in bunch of new foods that fit in well with the vanilla recipes and food types to give the game a little more variety, from toast to a nice pot of tea.

But that's not all, since we wanted our food to fit the vanilla style and didn't want to make all our foods have faces but we still really wanted to make our mod kawaii we added a twist. Each time you eat our food you have a chance to win a collectable card, collectable cards will give you the cute kawaii character that you can keep for your very own, share with your friends or trade your extras with our custom villager trader for nuggets, Iron, Gold and Dimond.  

We understand some of the users using our mods keep asking where is the recipe, what are the recipes, but a large trend these days is to ask the user to download a recipe mod, I am sorry we are going to do the same here. Please download the mod JEI or a likes the reason we ask this is if we spent all our time screenshotting many recipes when we are working on this project it would mean we wouldn't have time to add new foods, fixing bugs and adding new collectables

Please remember we have our own lives to deal with and have more then one mod we have in our portfolio all this takes time, there isn't any point in us reinventing the wheel, there is 13 recipes just for our tea alone so please understand our hard work, it does not take a few moments to include JEI in to your mod pack and is very useful for other mods and recipes including all vanilla recipes.

We wanted a way to keep things based on the vanilla styled but also kawaii at the same time, taking a bite out of a smiling cookie for some would be fun but others might feel unconfutable and it wouldn't be very kawaii there for we opted to add a collection card and trading game of our characters what you have a chance of getting while eating one of our kawaii foods.

The card collection will grow over time and might also include some vanilla items if we have a kawaii food character that will fit the bill, as of today we have 8 characters there for there is 24 cards to collect, you have your basic, common and rare tiers.   You can collect them all, you can trade with friends and also sell your extras to villages for useful resources like iron, gold and diamond nuggets. The villager trading isn't active just yet in versions before 1.0.6.6.

 Yes we love the idea of users using our mods in there mod packs, if you want to say thanks you can just leave a link back to this mod page but you don't have to, we just ask you NOT to re-host you must use the modpack via this sites mod loader. You may not re-host this mod in any shape, we don't give anyone permission to re-host our mods part from our team only!  

We have permission from the original owner the one we took over to manage this mod many years ago to keep updating this mod, so in the future we will add more cards and food recipes, so this means we are back.
