The original Growable Ores Mod! Adds growable reed versions of ores and includes support for mods like Applied Energistics, Mystical Agriculture, Create, and many more!
Does not follow a specific thematic focus apart from vanilla Minecraft.
Features a central focus of farming and villages/ homesteading.
Features machines that process raw materials or automation processes.
Adds new ores or other raw resources.
Enhances farming mechanics and introduces new crops and livestock.
Enhances game performance and optimizes resource usage.

Forge is a popular mod loader for versions 1.1+ of Minecraft.

THE UPDATE IS HERE!
Hello again, ore enjoyers! We heard your pleas for an update, and we are pleased to present Kc's Growable Ores for Minecraft 26.1!
Now available for Forge, Neoforge, and Fabric!
All suggestions are welcome!
This mod features growable versions of:
- All the vanilla ores, including deepslate variants
- Ancient debris
- Obsidian
- Glowstone
- Clay
- Ender pearls
- Blaze rods
- Amethyst
As well as support for:
- Botany Pots!
- Applied Energistics 2
- Mystical Agriculture/Mystical Agradditions
- Extreme Reactors
- RFTools
- Powah! Rearchitected
- Create
- Galosphere
- More to come...
The 1.20.1 version of this mod now has an automatic content generation system! From now on, the mod will automatically add support for any ores detected upon launch. This system is new, so check changelogs for known issues, and please report any other issues you encounter!
The 1.7.10 version of this mod supports:
- Forestry
- IC2
- Tinkers Construct
- Biomes O Plenty
- Thaumcraft
- Applied Energistics 2
- Thermal Expansion
- Railcraft
- Ars Magica
- Draconic Evolution
- Metallurgy
- Big Reactors
...just to name a few.
The 1.7.10 version of this mod now has an automatic content generation system! From now on, the mod will automatically add support for any ores correctly registered in the Ore Dictionary. If there is a mod that you want support for in 1.7.10, ask the author of that mod.
