Kelso's Scrambled Chunks

Kelso's Scrambled Chunks randomly shuffles the blocks inside every chunk, turning normal Minecraft terrain into a chaotic survival challenge while keeping the world playable.

Air, water and lava stay in place, so caves, oceans and the overall terrain shape remain recognisable. Most solid blocks are scrambled throughout their chunk, making resources appear in completely unexpected places.

Critical progression blocks such as bedrock, spawners and portal blocks are kept in place, allowing normal progression through the Nether, strongholds and the End.
