Undertale Death Screen for 1.21.11 is a direct fork of the original mod by Right Hand Man (Raik176). This version updates the mod to work with Minecraft 1.21.11 Fabric, fixing rendering issues and ensuring compatibility with modern Fabric versions.

Makes your last heart shatter when you die just like in Undertale!
