adds a one piece inspired paramecia devil fruit, called the kum kum no mi

moves:

Turbo Accelerated Kum Shot - 80 damage

Kum fang - 12 damage

Swift Kum Body Covering - provides armor with some effects

Kumbusting Kum - 23 damage

Kum Follower Summoner - summons a kum monster

Kum shot - 15 damage

Kum Overload - provides massive protection and makes you a tank

Kream Pie - "the ultimate move" 120 damage

The only way to get the fruit is the 1% chance to get from oak leaves
