Double Chest Boats

A Fabric mod that adds boats with a full double chest built into them — 54 slots of storage. Available in every vanilla wood type, plus bamboo as a raft version.

These boats aren't meant to be driven. You can't ride them at all — right-clicking one always opens the chest, never mounts you. Instead, tow it with a lead behind a regular boat (or anything else that can pull it, like Happy Ghast) and haul your entire storage room across the map in one trip.

For the bamboo version, use a Bamboo Raft instead of a boat. The wood/material of the boat you use determines which variant you get.

FAQ:

Can I ride it? No. It's intentionally cargo-only.

Can I move it around without another boat? Yes — attach a lead directly to it and pull it yourself, or lead it from horseback, another boat, etc.

Does it need a special recipe or resource pack? No, everything's included. Just craft it like described above.
