Last Breath

Last Breath is a survival-focused Minecraft mod that gives players a second chance before death.

Instead of dying instantly, players enter a Downed state, where they have a limited amount of time to survive before their final death. During this period, they can either revive themselves using a Medkit or be rescued by another player, making teamwork a key part of survival.

If no one manages to save them in time—or they choose to give up—they die permanently, leaving behind a protected grave containing all of their items. Only the player who owns the grave can access its contents, ensuring a safe and reliable way to recover lost gear.
