Description

Lazarus Moodles
Survival is more than staying alive. Lazarus Moodles adds physical and emotional states that you can see, hear, and feel while playing Minecraft.
Four moodles with real consequences
Fear progresses from Tense to Fearful to Panicked as threats close in. It affects hunger, aim, weapon handling, heartbeat, breathing, and vision.
Pain responds to injuries and low health. It slows melee attacks and recovery, while painkillers from supported mods can help.
Exhaustion builds as you travel on foot. Rest or sleep to recover before fatigue slows you down.
Relief follows an escape from danger, calming your character and helping fear fade.
Each state has its own pixel art icon and immersive audio and visual feedback. The compact HUD shows only what you need.
Compatibility
- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Forge 47.x
- Java 17
- Singleplayer and multiplayer; install the same version on the server and clients
The mod works on its own. Optional integrations add effects for TaCZ, PeakStamina, Legendary Survival Overhaul, Apocalypse Now, and Puffish Skills.
The optional Courage skill tree requires Puffish Skills and extra configuration files. See the installation instructions.
