Description
Lestora Wetness
This mod utilizes the BlockSupport utility mod to determine which block is supporting the player's weight. It uses this to calculate if the player is in flowing water, in 1-deep water, floating, swimming, etc.
Additional logic determines other forms of wetness. Raining, drying off slowly, standing in a dry place, but your head is in water because of signs...
This wetness attribute can be used as you wish, including to determine RPG statuses, swimming ability, etc.
Features
- Usage: This simply internally tracks how wet the player is in realtime. It optionally depends on Lestora Debug if you want to see debug info that shows how wet the player is.
Manual Installation
- Download the mod JAR from CurseForge.
- Place the JAR file into your
modsfolder. - Launch Minecraft with the Forge profile.
Commands
- Use the command
/lestora wetness printto print the current wetness information. This is only useful if you don't use the Lestora Debug mod to be able to see it in real time.
Compatibility
- Minecraft Version: 1.21.4
- Forge Version: 54.1.0
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues (e.g., crashes or unexpected behavior), check the logs in your crash-reports or logs folder. You can also open an issue on the mod’s GitHub repository.
