Let’s Do Delight

Let’s Do Delight brings the cooking systems of Farmer’s Delight and the Let’s Do series together, making them feel like parts of the same kitchen instead of completely separate food ecosystems.

Equivalent ingredients can be used across supported recipes, compatible Let’s Do dishes can be prepared in the Farmer’s Delight Cooking Pot, and supported stoves can work across cooking systems, all while preserving the foods, recipes, tools, and progression that make each mod unique.

Ingredient Compatibility

No more carrying two nearly identical ingredients because a recipe only recognizes one of them!

Let’s Do Delight adds carefully selected compatibility for equivalent ingredients such as:

Compatibility works across supported recipes regardless of which supported mod the ingredient originally came from.

The system is intentionally selective. Similar ingredients aren't automatically treated as identical. Specialized doughs, breads, cuts of meat, containers, and other ingredients with distinct purposes remain separate.

One Kitchen, More Recipes

Compatible Let’s Do Cooking Pot recipes can also be prepared using the Farmer’s Delight Cooking Pot.

Their original outputs and required containers are preserved, so a Let’s Do recipe still produces the proper Let’s Do food rather than being replaced with a Farmer’s Delight equivalent.

Supported Let’s Do stoves and cooking blocks can also act as heat sources for Farmer’s Delight cooking, allowing the two kitchen systems to work naturally alongside one another.

Preparation & Tools

Compatibility extends beyond individual recipes.

Appropriate ingredients and general-purpose kitchen tools can work across supported preparation systems, including Farmer’s Delight Cutting Boards, while specialized tools retain their original purpose.

Let’s Do Delight connects the mods without flattening the differences between them.

JEI & Recipe Support

Compatible recipes integrate naturally with the existing recipe systems and remain discoverable through JEI.

When two mods intentionally provide different recipes or outputs using similar ingredients, both are preserved rather than one being silently removed.

Polymorph is supported and recommended for larger modpacks where unrelated mods introduce recipes with identical inputs, but it is not required.
