Description
adds a system where a number of your base stats increase upon leveling up(max health, armor toughness, attack damage, and oxygen capacity). each level up is a subtle increase in power that stacks up many times over to become very powerful. the way the system works is that when you level up you gain buffs but cannot gain more buffs until your level surpasses that(if I level up to level 3 and gain buffs and die, I won't gain buffs from leveling up to level 1, 2, or 3)
