Description
Tipped arrows create a area effect cloud of their potion effect wherever they land, giving them and the lingering potion in their crafting recipe a purpose. Afterwards, they turn into normal arrows. It's a simple change, but it finally gives tipped arrows an reason to be used.

Arrow of Harming Players can be attacked without hitting them directly, but instead using a tipped arrow. -
