A tier above Diamond — the alternative to Netherite for players who'd rather skip the Nether.
Lonsdaleite adds two full tiers of tools, weapons, and armor forged from diamonds under fire and pressure. No new ores, no world generation — safe to drop into any existing world.

- Two gear tiers — Lonsdaleite and Perfect Lonsdaleite, with durability well beyond Netherite (2,800 / 3,800)
- Full tool sets — Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe in both tiers
- Omnitool — one tool that mines, chops, digs, and tills; right-click strips logs, tills soil, flattens paths (sneak), and douses campfires
- Dagger — blazing-fast attack speed, lighter hits; for players who never stop swinging
- War Axe — slow, massive, one-taps when timed right; accepts both sword and axe enchantments
- Spear — reach weapon, both tiers
- Mace — vanilla smash mechanics with a heavier swing, built on a breeze rod
- Full armor sets — both tiers
- Lonsdaleite Wardframe — a crystal doorway only players can pass through (see below)
🛡️ Lonsdaleite Wardframe
Build doorways and gates that let you walk through freely — while every hostile mob hits an invisible wall. Mobs won't even try to path through it.
- Tamed pets and mounts/boats carrying you pass too
- Adjacent frames merge into a single frame — build gates of any size, the interior stays fully open and fully mob-proof
- Blast resistant (creeper- and TNT-proof), soft crystal glow
- Crafted from a ring of 8 Lonsdaleite Gems (yields 8)
⛏️ Getting Started
Note: Lonsdaleite adds no new ore. Diamond is the gateway — mine a lot of it. Standalone mod, no new chunks or world required.
Step 1 — Diamonds → Raw Lonsdaleite
Surround an Obsidian with 8 Diamonds:
Step 2 — Raw → Prepared Lonsdaleite
Pack it with Coal Blocks and Gunpowder:
Step 3 — Prepared → Lonsdaleite Gem
Run it through the Blast Furnace:
Step 4 — Gem → Perfect Lonsdaleite Gem (optional)
Blast a Lonsdaleite Gem again for the top tier. Bring plenty of fuel — perfection takes a while.
