Notice for 1.14.4 users: The HUD Sign does not have a loot table so will drop nothing when broken. This has been fixed for the 1.15.2 release.

Look At That (LAT) is a utility mod for 1.14.4, 15.2, and 1.16.x that tells you what you are looking at, similar to WAILA and The One Probe.
