The Loot Packages Mod introduces a comprehensive loot system to Minecraft through themed package items that players can right-click to receive curated item collections. Each package type is carefully designed to provide contextually appropriate loot that enhances different aspects of gameplay, from early survival to end-game adventures.

Core Features

9 Unique Package Types

Each package delivers a themed collection of items with randomized quantities and occasional rare bonus items: 🌱 Starter Survival Package
  • Purpose: Perfect for new players beginning their survival journey
  • Contents: Basic wooden/stone tools, essential food items (bread, cooked meats, apples), 16-32 torches, crafting table, farming seeds (wheat, beetroot, carrots, potatoes), occasional leather armor piece, building materials (oak planks)
  • Use Case: New player assistance, server welcome gifts
🏰 Dungeon Loot Package
  • Purpose: Simulates underground dungeon exploration rewards
  • Contents: Iron-tier equipment (swords, pickaxes, armor pieces), valuable ores (gold ingots, lapis lazuli, redstone), potion brewing ingredients (glowstone dust, spider eyes, golden carrots), atmospheric items (bones, string), rare music discs
  • Use Case: Mid-game progression boost, dungeon-themed rewards
💎 Treasure Package
  • Purpose: High-value maritime and buried treasure simulation
  • Contents: Precious materials (1-3 diamonds, 2-5 emeralds, gold ingots), ocean treasures (Heart of the Sea, Nautilus Shells), navigation tools (maps, compass), premium diamond equipment
  • Use Case: End-game rewards, special event prizes
🔥 Nether Loot Package
  • Purpose: Authentic Nether dimension materials and items
  • Contents: Gold blocks, rare Netherite scraps (20% chance), Nether-specific items (magma cream, ghast tears, blaze rods), fire-resistant materials (fire charges), Nether building blocks (blackstone, crying obsidian, chains)
  • Use Case: Nether exploration rewards, fire-resistance preparation
🌌 End Loot Package
  • Purpose: End dimension themed rewards with rare end-game items
  • Contents: Extremely rare Elytra (10% chance), Shulker shells (30% chance), Ender pearls, Chorus fruits and flowers, premium diamond equipment, End building materials (End stone, End rods), experience bottles
  • Use Case: Post-Dragon rewards, End exploration incentives
💀 Mob Drop Package
  • Purpose: Concentrated mob farming rewards
  • Contents: Diverse monster drops (blaze rods, phantom membrane, spider eyes, slime balls, ghast tears, bones, string, gunpowder), occasional equipment drops, atmospheric items (cobwebs)
  • Use Case: Mob farm supplements, combat preparation
🌿 Biome Package
  • Purpose: Randomized biome-specific resource collections
  • Biome Types:
    • Jungle: Melons, bamboo, cocoa beans, jungle logs
    • Desert: Sand, cactus, gold nuggets, dead bushes
    • Snowy: Packed ice, snowballs, rabbit hide, spruce logs
    • Ocean: Prismarine, kelp, rare trident (10% chance), fish
    • Forest: Oak logs, apples, sweet berries, mushroom stew
    • Mountain: Stone, coal, iron ore, emeralds
  • Use Case: Biome exploration rewards, building material variety
🎲 Mystery Package
  • Purpose: Completely unpredictable loot for excitement
  • Contents: 2-5 completely random items from Minecraft's item registry (excluding creative/command items), intelligent quantity scaling based on item type
  • Use Case: Gambling mechanics, surprise rewards, variety injection
🖤 Deep Dark Package
  • Purpose: Authentic Ancient City loot recreation
  • Contents: Exclusive items (Echo Shards, Disc Fragment 5), Ancient City materials (Sculk blocks, sensors, catalysts), high-value items (Enchanted Golden Apples 40% chance, Music Disc Otherside 15% chance), utility items (name tags, leads, horse armor), damaged diamond hoes matching Ancient City loot tables
  • Use Case: Deep Dark exploration rewards, Ancient City simulation.
