Mto view the countdown without permanent HUD clutter - A threatening moon that grows as the end approaches
- Red moon pulses during the final six in-world hours
- Flaming asteroid strikes throughout the Final Day
- Asteroids become more frequent as time runs out
- A massive fiery explosion when the moon falls
- The three-day cycle automatically restarts after impact
- Fully configurable client and server settings
The Final Day
During the Final Day, explosive fireballs begin falling around players. The strikes gradually become more frequent until the countdown reaches zero.
When time runs out, the moon creates a powerful explosion around each separated player group. By default, this explosion damages players, starts fires, and destroys terrain.
Back up important worlds before playing!

Configuration
Client settings are located in:
config/majoramoon-client.toml
These control the HUD, moon rendering, dawn announcements, and moon size.
Server/world settings are located in:
world/serverconfig/majoramoon-server.toml
These control:
- Asteroid frequency
- Asteroids per wave
- Asteroid explosion strength
- Final explosion power
- Fire generation
- Terrain destruction
Asteroid terrain damage follows the mobGriefing game rule. The final impact destroys terrain by default but can be disabled in the server configuration.
