Description

Standalone NeoForge mod, MASS - Energized, depends on mass + ae2, optional extendedae:

Items

  • ME Energy Storage Bus (bus/EnergyStorageBusPart.java) — an AE2 cable part that exposes a touched block's FE capability to the grid.
  • Energy Source Upgrade Card — a real AE2 upgrade card (Upgrades.createUpgradeCardItem), installable via Upgrades.add(...) into MASS's Supercharged/Warp import/export buses (which already had card slots) and into Pattern Provider / Extended Pattern Provider, which didn't — so three mixins add a real upgrade slot there: PatternProviderLogicMixin (adds the actual IUpgradeInventory to AE2's shared PatternProviderLogic, covering all four host flavors at once), PatternProviderMenuMixin (adds the slot), PatternProviderScreenMixin (adds AE2's own UpgradesPanel widget, reusing the common/common.json anchor every AE2 upgradeable screen already has).

Energy plumbing

  • energy/MassEnergyGridService.java — a custom per-grid IGridService/IGridServiceProvider tracking connected Energy Storage Buses, with live (uncached) extract/available.
  • capability/EnergyCapabilities.java + extendedae/ExtendedAeIntegration.java — register NeoForge's IEnergyStorage capability on every upgraded host, capped at maxFePerTick (default 2.1B, configurable), present only while the card is actually installed.
