Overview

MC_BDS is an intelligent path navigation system for Minecraft that helps players automatically navigate to specified coordinates. This mod features advanced A* pathfinding with support for complex terrain navigation, obstacle avoidance, and smart jumping mechanics.

Features

  • Adjustable movement speed, search range and other parameters
  • Customizable hotkey (default: B)
  • Configurable turning smoothness and path update frequency

How to Use

  1. Start Navigation: Press B (default) to open navigation UI
  2. Enter Coordinates: Input target X/Y/Z coordinates
  3. Begin Navigation: Click confirm to start auto-navigation
  4. Stop Navigation: Press B again to cancel

During navigation, your character will:

  • Automatically avoid obstacles
  • Intelligently jump over gaps and steps
  • Adjust movement speed based on terrain

Configuration

Mod config file located at .minecraft/config/mc_bds.json allows adjusting:

  • Movement speed
  • Search range
  • Turning smoothness
  • Jump parameters
  • Path update interval
  • And more...

Known Issues

  • Extremely complex terrain may require multiple pathfinding attempts
  • Moving obstacles (like mobs) may interrupt paths

Installation
