Adds hardened synthetic consumable, a crafting item for the mcsword and more to come.

Adds mcdonalds sauce, a important crafting item, made of 2 pumpkins, 2 beetroot, 1 anti health concoction, 1 sugar.

Adds mcshirt, a chestplate that is as strong as iron.
