Now, with that out of the way

We live our lives, taking every second for granted. But nothing lasts forever. So, what would happen if you knew exactly how much time you had to live, to spend in your Minecraft world. Would you rush to make as many experiences as you can? Would you take it slow, enjoying the peaceful life until the end? Would you let the clock guide your experience, or let your own mind decide what is going to happen? Become part of the journey as the clock ticks down in real time, making every second count more and more, until all that you'll be left with are just the memories. Once the clock strikes 0, your entire world will be gone. Nothing will remain. Goodbye.

Each and every world you make will eventually expire; and there is no relation on how such time is decided. Will fate reward you with one full year of play, or just give you a mere month? It doesn't matter, it's not your call to make. All you get is to experience the time as it ticks down. Will you play the game, make every second count? Or will you just create a new world in frustration?

Nevertheless, you can try to cheat your death, choose how much time each world is given. /mementomori prolong_life <time> will allow you to set the current clock forwards or backwards in time. Or maybe it won't. You can't cheat death anyway. It will come, whether you play the game, or not.
