Metals and Meals

Metals and Meals aims to add several new items and recipies to enhance the vanilla experience.

The mod currently adds a new set of armour, copper. This armour is only slightly worse than iron, so fills the niche of a disposable, cheap set of decent early-game armour. Metals and Meals also adds a couple new uses for Lapis Lazuli, the first of which is a way to craft Liquid Lazarum. When consumed, Liquid Lazarum will bestow 1 level of experience to the player. When one crafts Liquid Lazarum the Lapis in the crafting grid becomes drained, this material can be used as a building block. One can also craft a Depleted Lazarum pickaxe with Drained Lapis and Gold, which is nowhere as durable as diamond, but still has very good efficiency. This mod also adds a handful of new foods, including the sweet berry biscut, electrum carrot, and the electrum apple. Electrum is a new type of metal crafted with copper, gold, and iron. This material can be used to craft foods better than their golden counterpartrs (although not quite as powerful as the enchanted golden apple).

This is my first ever public mod, so all feedback is greatly appreciated!
