Mexios Genesis is a Forge 1.20.1 mod designed to expand the Biohazard universe with a complete range of experimental biological serums.

Discover multiple syringe families developed by the B.A.S.T.I.O.N, ATLAS, GENESIS, and M-07 programs, each with its own visual identity, lore, and gameplay role. These serums can greatly enhance strength, speed, resistance, regeneration, and other physical abilities for at least ten minutes.

But no biological enhancement comes without consequences.

The most advanced compounds can trigger long-lasting side effects such as exhaustion, mental instability, contamination, corrosion, biological marking, or mycelial infection. Through its integration with Fungal Infection: Spore, some injections can become just as dangerous as they are powerful, with negative effects lasting far longer than the benefits themselves.
