Adds a cheaper, smaller version of the Ender Chest, entirely in a datapack

Data Packs were introduced to vanilla Minecraft in version 1.13 and allow the server to modify data about the game, or run commands. Data Packs are compatible with all mod loaders.
Forge is a popular mod loader for versions 1.1+ of Minecraft.

Description
Adds a small Ender Chest item, crafted with a chest and obsidian, that has some differences from the regular Ender Chest:
- You can put items in it automatically (instead of having an inventory, it will collect any items dropped onto the block)
- You, or anyone else, can retrieve the items easily by right-clicking
- It stores infinite items, and can be accessed anywhere.
- It drops when you mine it! No need for silk touch. Also doesn't lose the items when it's broken.
Known bugs
- Multiple will stack if you place it on a wall directly above another, and you can use a lot of them if you don't remember to break it.
- The crafted ones will use custom_name instead of item_name, meaning they won't stack with ones you placed and mined.
- The item model in your inventory is rotated the wrong way.
- The dropped item model is much larger than the normal ender chest.
