(This mod is in very early development, so many things may get moved around and changed heavily with the first few  major updates!)

Minks and Misfits is a minecraft mod aimed to add more underrepresented and underappreciated animals to minecraft, as well as adding a slight fantastical spin to the mobs that are added.

Some examples of the type of mobs this mod adds are as follows:

V Minks (duh) V

Minks are neutral mobs that can be tamed by the player with either raw chicken or cod. When tamed, they can be brushed for mink fur, they also defend the player if they are attacked!description_db3abc6d-e01e-4892-8145-e4cfb5ea907c.png

V Opossums V

Opossums are passive mobs that can be tamed by the player, they chase away any arthropod type mobs, and when tamed, any arthropods they kill will drop a special item! They are also immune to poison!

V Zombie Blocklings V

Zombie blocklings are hostile mobs that can be found at night rarely, as well as in some run down structures. They seem similar to regular zombies, however, they may not be too far gone to cure...

V Luna moths V

Luna Moths are passive mobs that occasionally drop moth dust that can be used to make special moth lamps!

V Sugar Gliders V

Sugar gliders are passive mobs that love bottles of sap! When fed sap, they will drop some hardened leftovers from their meal, which can be used in various recipes! They can only be found in the eucalyptus forest.

V Sappy Creepers V

Sappy Creepers are hostile mobs that can only be found in the eucalyptus forest. They do not destroy blocks when they explode, however, they are quite tanky and coat anything in sap that gets caught in their explosion!

V Sea Otters V

Sea otters are neutral mobs that can be found at beaches, they can be tamed with any kind of fish! Once tamed, they can store items for you, and if you give them something they like, something special might happen...
