Description
Have you ever wanted to Morb on every living entity in Minecraft? Well now you can.
Introducing "It's Morbin' Time," a mod that adds three things.
First, you can create a Morbin' Timer with a diamond, four iron ingots, two gold ingots, redstone, lapis, and string (just use JEI). When you equip this item in your off-hand, you will gain the powers of Morbius.
While you're using the Morbin' Timer, you will see a Morb Meter above your hotbar. This meter will go down exponentially, and it's reccomended you dont put on the Morbin' Timer unless you're ready to raise your Morb Meter.
How do you do that, you ask? Simple! Use redstone or lapis in a brewing stand along with an empty bottle to get real and synthetic blood, respectively. It doesn't make much sense, I know, but honestly, neither did the movie. Drink these items while using the Morbin' Timer in order to raise the Morb Meter.
If your Morb Meter runs out, you die. However, there is no upper limit on Morb Meter, and the amount of Morb you gain per bottle increases with the amount of Morb you currently have. Therefore, it is possible to drink a lot of blood early on and never really have to worry about the Morb Meter ever again. Just remember that if you Morb ever reaches zero, you will die. Immediately. You literally take 999,999,999 damage per tick. So, if you're playing in Hardcore, always make sure to take off the Morbin' Timer or drink some blood when your Morb Meter is low.
I will probably be updating the mod to future versions, but I won't be backporting, as I'm gonna be honest I don't know how (and don't care either). If you notice any glitches or problems, please tell me so I can try and fix it.
Best regards,
- Moon
