With this mod some new recipes will appear with which you can craft Vanilla things that you normally could not craft 
(such as: Mob Spawner, Trident, Spawn Eggs). So far there are: (All Spawn Eggs, Mob Spawner, Trident, Totem of Undying, Elytra, Chainmail Armor, All Music Discs (Except Pigstep and 11), 
All Horse Armor, Saddle, Op Gold Apple, Heart Of The Sea and Cobweb) 
It But there are also a few new items, but they are only there so that you can craft the vanilla things, 
such as: (Normal Spawn Egg, Turned Off Spawner Reactor, Spawner Reactor, Unfinished Trident, Unfinished Totem, One Part of an Elytra)

Ok So no this things will be added to your world with this mod:

1.
ALL SpawnEggs can be crafted with a new item named "Normal Spawn Egg" and the Loot from the specific Mob.

2.
The Item "Mob Spawner" can be crafted with a new item named "Spawner Reactor". Actually with 2 because you must craft with a nether star and a few other things the "Turned Off Spawner Reactor". 
When you put this item in the oven. Then it becomes a normal "SpawnerReactor". And with this item and a few grids you can craft a mob spawner.

3.
You can craft Cobweb, NameTag, Op Gold Apple, Heart of the Sea, Saddle, Horse Armor, all Music Discs, Bottle O' Enchanting, Bells, Spectral Arrow, 

4.
You can craft Chainmail Armor

5.
You can craft now Trident with a new item named "Unfinished Trident"

6.
You can craft Totem of Undying with a new item named "Unfinished Totem"
