More Enchant Table Event

Adds an extensible event API to the enchanting table flow. Hook into every stage of enchanting with 4 new NeoForge events:

• AddToPool / RemoveFromPool – add or remove enchantments from the candidate pool (by ResourceKey or TagKey)
• PoolBuilt – modify the final enchantment result and levels before they are applied
• EnchantItem – modify enchantments right before they are applied, with the table position available

All events are non-cancellable and provide easy access to the menu, player, item, slot, cost and registry.

为附魔台流程提供可扩展的事件 API。通过 4 个新的 NeoForge 事件，你可以介入附魔的每个阶段：

• AddToPool / RemoveFromPool —— 向附魔候选池添加 / 移除附魔（支持按 ResourceKey 或 TagKey）
• PoolBuilt —— 在附魔应用到物品前修改最终附魔结果与等级
• EnchantItem —— 附魔即将应用到物品前修改附魔，并可获取附魔台坐标

所有事件均不可取消，并可方便地获取菜单、玩家、物品、槽位、消耗等级与注册表。
