Description

More Health is a progression-focused survival mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 that starts players at 1 heart and scales maximum health through long-term gameplay milestones.

As players level up, they unlock additional hearts at configurable XP thresholds, and Heart Container items provide permanent bonus hearts for extra progression paths. The system is persistent across death and server restarts, includes legacy data migration support, and can be tuned in-game through a built-in configuration screen.

Designed for both singleplayer and multiplayer, More Health keeps early-game survival tense while making progression feel meaningful and earned.
