More Vanilla Blocks

This mod adds a great amount of Stairs, Slabs, Walls and Fences for many vanilla MC blocks that previously did not have them, increasing the variety of said block types and giving builders many more options.

Additionally it adds a Bamboo Block, which is made out of 9 Bamboo, and adds the corresponding Stairs, a Slab and a Fence for that block.

All blocks have working recipes and loot tables.

All blocks are compatible with resource packs.

Stairs and Slabs can be found in the Building Blocks creative tab, Walls and Fences in the Decorations tab. Just like their Vanilla MC counterparts.

Regarding recipes: They follow the same pattern as vanilla MC. For items that are made of Iron, Lapis, Bone etc you make them out of the BLOCKS, not the ITEMS, that means Iron Stairs are made out of 6 Iron Blocks, rather than 6 Iron Ingots, Bone Slabs are made out of 3 Bone Blocks rather than Bone Meal, etc.

Some recipes are compatible with the new Stonecutter as well. Namely End Stone, Netherrack, Polished Stone variants.

Note: Some of you might say; This mod adds so many new blocks, isn't it a problem since there's a limit to the Block IDs?

Answer: No, it is no longer a problem, as Block ID limits were removed in 1.13, so we can go nuts with adding new blocks :D

Note 2: The new Stairs/Slabs/Walls/Fences were added for MANY vanilla blocks, but not ALL. However, I'm open to suggestions, so if you want me to add them for some other block, feel free to say so!

Just please no "Furnace Stairs" or "Crafting Table Slabs" :D that would be a bit absurd!
