MoreTotems & Charms Of Undying Compat

A standalone compatibility mod and fix for MoreTotems, Accessories, and Charms of Undying on Minecraft 1.21.1 (Fabric).

Features

- Full Charm Slot Support for MoreTotems:  
Allows all 7 totems from MoreTotems (Teleporting, Ghastly, Skeletal, Tentacled, Stinging, Rotting, and Explosive) to activate their special undying effects when equipped in the Charm slot from Charms of Undying.

- Crash Fix (MoreTotems NullPointerException):  
Fixes a vanilla bug in MoreTotems where dying with a Teleporting Totem without an active bed/spawn point causes a `NullPointerException` crash. Players will now safely teleport to the world spawn point instead of crashing.

- Opposite Hip 3D Rendering: 
Vanilla & MoreTotems Renders as a 3D item hanging naturally on the left hip.
