The Underworld

This mod is heavily inspired by Greek/Roman, Egyptian, and Norse Mythology.

The Basics:

This mod changes up the game in a major way. When you die you will be sent to a new dimension called The Underworld. You can escape and return to your normal life, and try to reach your way to obtaining all of the God Weapons. Each weapon has a unique ability. There are also other dimensions such as the Cosmic Dimension, God Dimension, and Tartarus which all have unique characteristics.

Escaping/Entering the Dimensions:

The easiest way to escape the Underworld is to kill Bad Puppers and obtain a Orb of Resurrection Shard if you obtain four of them you can combine them inside a Crafting Table and obtain an Orb of Resurrection. Right clicking with an Orb of Resurrection will send you to back to the Overworld at the same cordinates of where you used it, just in the Overworld.

Using an Enchanting Table you are able to make a Priest. The Priest is able to sell you the power to create a portal using a ingiter which allows you to go to and from the Underworld, but it comes at a cost.

All portals are constructed like Nether portals but made out of soul sand. The only exception to this is the Cosmic Portal which is built out of the Cosmic Block.

Obtaining God Weapons:

All God Weapons are obtained by trading with a Godly Priest villager. They have a Beacon as their work table.

If you obtain the Flame Scythe you will be able to get Fire Aspect V for 1 minute! But it has a 2 minute cooldown, so use it wisely. If you are holding the Flame Scythe you are able to walk on lava, converting it into Warm Obsidan but it will quickly melt back into lava.

The Command Staff is a staff with a miniature command block on it. Right click to summon a fireball that you can punch in any direction. (This does damage to blocks unless MobGriefing is off)

The Axe of Wishes is an axe that doesn't seem good on paper. But it is very powerful. Right click it to become practically immortal for 30 seconds, good for any boss that threatens your way.

The Cosmic Trident is well... a trident. It gives you conduit power when you are underwater and holding it. Right click to give your self Cosmic Apples (the food of the gods) and Cosmic Shards. Cosmic shards can be crafted into tools and armor.

The finishing goal is to defeat Bad Pupper, a giant evil chihuahua, and respawn the Holy Doggo!
