Hello! I'm not good on making Mod Pages so I'll just explain here how my mod works:

Reinforced Upgrade is a Mod that aims to give the possibility to the player to choice an upgrade path to the Diamon Set. Once you arrive to obtain it, this mod will give you 2 choices:

  • Hardened Diamond (it doesn't require a Smithing Template Type to achieve it)
  • Netherite (You already know it)

(Both types are the same except for the Material Cost and the fireproof attribute of the Netherite Set.)

An additional reason to make the Hardened Diamond Set

Besides the fact that it doesn't require a Smithing Table Type, the Hardened Diamond Set is upgradable to another stronger version:

The Reinforced Set
This type of set isn't easy to obtain and it will require to explore a few Ancient Cities to obtain the new Smithing Template required for the Upgrade.

Forgotten Weapons

This mod also adds 3 new weapons obtainable by a new type of Villager:

The Sleepless Villager
By putting a Sculk Catalyst near it, it will start to hear the Voices. At first it'll trade useless Ancient City related stuff but once achieved the last Profession Level it'll trade Forgotten Schematics used to obtain Forgotten Weapons.

Attention!
The Sleepless Villager can trade 2 of 3 Forgotten Schematics. You can't obtain all of 3 from a single Villager (Vanilla Mechanic).

Emerged Abyss

Somewhere in the World you'll find the new biome:

The Emerged Abyss
This new Biome is the case where the Sculk emerged from underground and it arrived on surface. You can find here a new Wood Type and some new small structures that contains Ancient City Loot. But be aware! Sculk Shriekers/Sensors/Catalysts are there too!

Mod Reccomendation

I would like to recommend the Better Combat while using the Forgotten Weapons!

To conclude, here is a small Q&A list:

  • How do I obtain the Reinforced Upgrade Smithing Template?
There is a 2.1% chance to find it in an Ancient City Chest.
  • What type of pickaxe is needed to break the Reinforced Deepslate?
You can use a Netherite Pickaxe or an Hardened Diamond Pickaxe.
  • How do I obtain Reinforced Plates?
There is a 10% chance to get them by breaking Reinforced Deepslate.
  • How do I obtain the Soul Ash?
Somewhere in the Nether (mostly in the Soul Sand Valley) you'll find a Soul Sand
with blue eyes and blue mouth. Brush it to transform it into
Excess Soul Sand then break it to obtain the Soul Ash.
  • What if I already have a Netherite Set?
You don't have to worry about it: using the Reinforced Sand Paper
you can transform your Netherite item into a Diamond item but
you won't get the netherite back though.
Also you can use it with the Hardened Diamond Set too.
  • How do I craft X item?
I reccomend to install any Searchable Crafting Mod (like JEI or REI) to see every possible crafting.
  • Forge Port?
I'm too lazy to study how to mod in Forge.
  • Can you port it to an older version?
No, I just update it to newer version.
  • Can I use it in a Modpack?
Of course you can! I'd appreciate if you'd let me know (optional).
  • When new content?
Honestly? I don't know. I've planned months ago to add a New Dimension
with a Dungeon that spawns only once with a very powerful item
obtainable only from a single player...but I lost interest.
Maybe one day I'll continue.
