Helpful Recipes started out as a simple mod to be able to craft the saddle and turn rotten flesh into leather (functionalities which are STILL IN THE MOD!) for an old project a friend and I were doing, but it has grown into much MUCH more!

Helpful Recipes includes a whole new progression tree just for reaching the nether(still in development,) which includes:

• Crystal Bases to make things like Amethyst, Diamonds, Emeralds, and Holomite, a new mineral.
• Machines such as the Crystalline Coagulator, Atomic Heater, and Plasmatic Heater.
• A whole new weapon called the Railgun, which carves massive trenches in the earth with an hour long cooldown for balancing.
• A structure which generates under the sea.
• The Stick of Truth which tells you if any given block is infested or not.

I have been developing this mod as a sort of continuing passion project, and will continue doing so. Feel free to leave suggestions in the Discord!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

It's pretty simple, just load this into whatever modpack you desire and make sure to include No Nether Portal! -# a massive part of this mod's new progression tree is literally just to make it harder to reach the nether so please dont forget that part.
